Our flavours are shaped by a lifetime of influences from East African Asian, Durban Indian, Cape Malay, Indonesian, Goan, Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, and Persian culinary traditions — all brought together with a West Wales spirit of craftsmanship and integrity.

Small-Batch Cooking, Big Flavour

Each dish is handmade in small batches, using its own unique spice blend. We slow-cook every recipe with care, allow it to cool naturally, and then place it in a blast chiller down to 4°C. After that, it’s packed into eco-friendly bamboo containers, carefully labelled, and frozen to –24°C — a process that locks in freshness, preserves flavour naturally, and delivers a true restaurant-grade experience at home.
